How it works

  1. On the night

    Scan the code

It's on the posters, the screens and the stage. Scan it at any point in the night, even on the walk home.

  2. On your phone

    Pick your size, pay

Everything the band makes, in every size they hold, not just what fitted in the van. Price and postage are shown upfront.

  3. Through your letterbox

    The band posts it

The band packs your order when they're home and sends it tracked, within 14 days.

Headliner + support + support = one code

One scan shows everything on the bill, so the support acts finally get a look-in too.

Questions from the bar

When can I use it?

We're starting with pilot gigs at a few independent venues. Register and we'll let you know when MerchStub reaches your town, or your band's next tour.

Who actually sells me the shirt?

The band does. You buy straight from them and they post your order. MerchStub provides the code, the checkout and the order list that makes it all work.

What if I change my mind?

You've got the usual 14 days to cancel an online order. The band's returns details are shown before you pay.

What does it cost?

Fans pay the price on the listing plus the band's postage, both shown upfront, with no booking fee. Venues pay nothing. Bands pay nothing upfront, just a small commission on what they sell, and we'll share the details when you register.

Where does it work?

Great Britain, to start with: bands based here, posting to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.
